Standard motors

               Three phase induction motors

TEFC three phase induction motors are manufactured in accordance with the Romanian standards, harmonized with international (IEC), European (EN) and national standards, with a worldwide application (DIN, VDE). Electroprecizia is manufactured three phase motors in the range of 0,06÷18,5 kW in the frame size assignment established by the CENELEC (Comité Européen de Normalisation Electrotecnique), the pole numbers (2, 4, 6, 8) being in accordance with this frame assignment for 63 – 160L frame size range.
These motors are for general use. They can be used in normal climate or, by request, they can be manufactured for tropical climate too. The motors for general use are not for working in corrosive environments, with acid or basic vapours, metallic or abrasive dust, inflammable explosive environment, places with abnormal vibrations.
     The motors can be delivered:
      - with supplementary cover against rain (vertical mounting with the shaft end downwards)
      - with heating resistance
      - with thermal protection (bimetall or thermistor)

               Single phase induction motors

We manufacture totally enclosed single phase induction motors with squirrel cage rotor, aluminium housing, for general use, with permanent capacitors MMF CS family and with permanent and starting capacitors, equiped with electronic starting relay – MMF CPS family.
Single -phase motors can be utilized in normal and tropical climate. The single phase induction motors shall not be used in corrosive surroundings, acid vapors, metal and abrasive dust, inflammable or explosive surroundings.
The altitude shall not exceed 1000 m above the sea level.
The basic constructive forms are in aluminium housing with detachable feet, flange mounted execution with threaded holes, or untapped holes or combinations.
The motors can be used in horizontal and vertical position.
The single phase motors can be produced for 230 V – 50 Hz or for other voltages specified in the order.
If because of the inertia of the driven unit the starting time is longer than 3 seconds, or if the motor must be started more than 20 times/hour it cannot be used a single phase motor. In this case it is necessary to install a three phase network for using a three phase motor.
Single-motors must not run in no-load status or at too low power, in order to avoid the overheating of the auxiliary phase
These are valid for every single phase motor with starting capacitor indifferent of the manufacturer.

               Two speed motors

Electroprecizia manufactures in the whole frame size range more than 50 motor types with two speed. Two speed motors are generally developed from the standard one speed motor series .So their domain is very dynamical , meaning that all supplementary types are developed in short time at request.
     They can be : - 2/4 and 4/8 poles : - Dahlander D/YY
                                                        - Dahlander fan duty Y/YY
                                                        - Separate windings
                                                        - Separate windings fan duty
                          - 4/6 and 6/8 poles separate windings
                          - 4/6 and 6/8 poles separate windings fan duty
                          - 2/8 poles separate windings

Motors equipped with DC electromagnetic brake

The motors in the frame size range 63-132 can be delivered with DC electromagnetic brake type S or SH ( manufactured by Temporiti Italy) or constructed on the non drive end for mounting of a brake .
The braking torque for each type is indicated in the table.
The rectifier is mounted in the terminal box.

               Economic motors

The less expensive economic motors are so dimensioned that their temperature rise and insulation system both are F/F class, meaning that they can be utilized at standard surrounding temperature ( 40 degrees Celsius). This is besides their reduced cost the main difference to the basic motor series ( B/F) assuring the possibility of utilization up to 65 degrees Celsius ( due to their reserve of 25 degrees Celsius ).

               IE1, IE2, IE 3 motors

We have in our range 2, 4 and 6 pole motors at 0,75 kW and above, efficiency classes IE1 and IE2 according to IEC 60034-30:2008. The efficiency values are assured for the rated power, rated voltage and rated frequency in the conditions stated in EN 60034-1, point 6.
According to the Commission Regulation No. 640/2009 implementing Directive 2005/32/EC of the European Parliament and the Council, from 16 June 2001, motors shall not be less efficient than the Ie2 level, meaning that the table for IE1 is valid until this date. Increased efficiency motors are realized by increased costs. Their increased price is expected to be compensated by the energy saving.
The development and implementation of the IE 3 motors is scheduled for the period 2011-2012. In the European efficiency regulation the deadline for these motors is 2017.
