The most parts of the electronic products wearing ELECTROPRECIZIA trade mark are manufactured, in the present, in SMT technology, the remaining products manufactured in THT technology will be redesigned. All the measures taken had the effect of increasing the quality, the miniaturization of the products, the increase of the strength at vibrations and mechanical shocks, a better chemical and climate protection when running in an aggressive atmosphere and diminished production costs. The paste is deposited by a dispenser adapted to a large diversity of products realized in relative small series and the components are planted with a vacuumatic station type Weller. The temperature of the melting zone inside the oven is controlled to realise good soldering without producing secondary effects like shocks.
