Founded in 1936 as a joint - stock company, ELECTROPRECIZIA S.A. is the most important Romanian producer of electric motors and the main Romanian producer of electric and electronic equipment for all types of vehicles manufactured in Romania (DACIA-RENAULT, DAEWOO, tractors, trucks and buses).

By the virtue of a qualified workforce and due to increased flexibility in meeting market - economy demands and the needs of our customer ELECTROPRECIZIA is prepared today to be able to be a good business partner in both domestic and international ventures.
Our company is produceing:
  • Three phase asynchronous electric motors with powers between 0,18 - 22 kW, in different frame sizes, in cast iron or aluminium housing
  • Electric motors with two, three and four speeds, in the same frame sizes and power ranges as the standard motors
  • Single phase asynchronous electric motors with powers between 0,12 - 2,4 kW with permanent or starting capacitor
  • Bench grinders with the diameter of wheels of 125, 150, 175 and 200 mm
  • Electric pumps
The main families of automotive equipment for the vehicle industry are:
  • Alternators at 12 and 24 V, with powers between 500 - 1120 W incorporated rectifier, with or without incorporated voltage regulator
  • Starters at 12 and 24 V, with powers between 0,6 - 9 kW
  • Electronic and electromagnetic voltage regulators at 12 and 24 V
  • Different types of relays
  • Instrument panels with speedometer, speedcounter, water temperature, oil pressure, fuel level and voltage indicator for different types of vehicles
  • Individual oil pressure, water temperature, fuel level and voltage indicator inductive and electronic speedcounters
  • Water temperature, oil pressure, speed and fuel level transducers
  • Temperature switches
  • Flexible shafts
Over 80% from the production of our company is manufactured to be exported. The products of our company are delivered in more than 50 countries from the whole world.
In November 1995 ELECTROPRECIZIA obtained The Certificate for the Management of the Quality system according to ISO 9001 standard from the German company TUV Management Service GmbH, respectively by SGS.
Since September 2006 ELECTROPRECIZIA is certified ISO TS 16949:2002 by SGS for the automotive equipment.
